About Me

Professional with 15+ years of experience in Enabling retailers drive exponential growth with Marketing strategy, Customer Experience and Analytics.

At present, He is a Senior Director - Customer Success and Consulting at Algonomy and is responsible to manage and grow multi million dollar accounts and spearhead Customer Success & consulting vertical across Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

In his previous assignment, I was the Head of Marketing and managed the entire marketing function for Omnichannel business of 1000 Cr+ across PAN India. His key responsibilities included Manage P&L, Defining Marketing strategy, Brand Management & Customer Experience, Analytics, CRM, Consumer Research, Media - ATL, BTL & Digital, Visual Merchandising, New Marketing tech initiatives like IoT, AI, proximity marketing, Personalization and few more.

Prior to this,
- He has successfully consulted to retail clients across the globe especially in US, Europe, Middle East and APAC in his earlier assignment with Manthan.
- Been in key strategic roles to drive business growths in retail with giants like Reliance Retail, Mahindra & Mahindra and Shoppers Stop & has been successful with proven statistics of transforming de-growing business units to double digit growth units.
- Worked across all critical functions of Retail like Marketing, Operations, Strategy, NSO, Planning and BI/Analytics.


Few key accomplishments include -

1. Awarded “Top 100 Analytics Leaders 2019 in APAC ” by Machinecon

2. Was invited as a Speaker to address and share best practices with the global Customer Experience Leaders in Colombo Srilanka during Customer Experience Meet 2019

2. Bagged international awards for campaigns like “Season of Joy” which was awarded as one of the top 5 Best campaigns in the world at “World Retail Congress Awards 2018”, same campaign also Won Silver in “Lighthouse Awards 2018” in London as Best campaign of the year.

3. Turnaround the Loyalty program "Landmark Rewards" for SPAR as one of the most successful program among the hypermarket formats in India and bagged several awards for the same, including the award by ACEF India for “Best usage of customer analytics in Loyalty/CRM” in India.
